Title: Inside Sales - Americas
Location: Mexico City
Duration: Full Time

Tangentia is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to drive net-new business and cultivate relationships with prospects in the Americas (Canada, US, Mexico and Latam) region. The ideal candidate will possess 8-10+ years of experience, with a background in hunting roles and a proven track record of selling SaaS products to global prospects.

To excel in this role, you will:
- Demonstrate a successful history of selling complex SaaS solutions to net-new prospects, thriving in a dynamic entrepreneurial environment.
- Collaborate with the SDR team to target prospects effectively, generate inbound pipeline, and execute targeted campaigns.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from qualifying leads to conducting demonstrations and support in closing deals, taking ownership of revenue generation from net-new prospects.
- Build and nurture client relationships for long-term business sustainability, leveraging networking and solution-based selling techniques.
- Proactively manage your pipeline through outbound prospecting efforts, utilizing tools like HubSpot.
- Conduct product demonstrations independently during the early stages of the sales process.
- Work closely with the SE team to develop solution strategies and presentations tailored to prospect needs.
- Execute sales strategies across regions, collaborating with Account teams for successful deal closure.
- Possess strong communication and persuasion skills, with experience in automation or AI companies preferred.

You will be a great fit if you have:
- A hunter mindset and a passion for creating value for customers.
- Deep understanding of Automation Technologies like: Microsoft Power Platform, UiPath, Automation Anywhere, AI, ML and the ability to apply them creatively to client requirements.
- 7+ years of experience in end-to-end sales cycles, particularly in selling complex Enterprise software solutions.
- Knowledge of enterprise software architecture and technologies, along with strong technical and non-technical communication skills.
- The intelligence and aptitude to effectively position the benefits of Tangentia's automation solutions.
- Expertise in consultative selling methodologies, sales funnel management, and account planning.
- Familiarity with MEDDPICC and SFDC is advantageous. #J-18808-Ljbffr
