Job Summary

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add a Customer Service Representative located in Juarez North, Mexico.

Reporting to the Sr. Business Unit Director, the Customer Service Representative role involves... Responsible for communicating with customers and dealing with customers' inquiries.

What a typical day looks like:

Appropriately utilize system applications and resources to accurately and effectively in providing comprehensive and high-quality services to all customer's needs Handle inquiries and resolve customer problems and complaints with care and efficiency and ensure the one-call solution. Maintain customer service standards during high-pressure situations such as increased call volume, fewer resources, or challenging customers. Interpret customer needs, and organize symptoms, causes, and solutions.
