Tus tareas y responsabilidades:
- Contribuir a la eficiencia en el proceso de planeación de ventas del canal con estrecha colaboración del equipo respectivo bajo la dirección del Gerente de Inteligencia de ventas con el fin de determinar la evolución de la demanda, y desarrollar el Escenario de ventas adecuado (Business Plan, Forecast I, II, III) por cliente a nivel marca y sku, así como la mensualización.
- Responsable de la generación de los reportes de los resultados comerciales del canal, de manera precisa y adecuada a las necesidades del negocio:
- Sell Out, Tendencias de demanda, dias de inventarios, Market Share, Impacto de provisiones, seguimiento y soporte a la cartera de los clientes del canal de ventas en cuestión).
- Responsable de supervisar y recomendar medidas financieras para mejorar los procesos establecidos y validar los resultados e impactos apropiadas relacionadas con los procesos de operaciones de venta (precios, Provisiones y notas de crédito) para los clientes del Canal de ventas en cuestión.
- Responsable de la extracción de información de fuentes externas e internas para la medición y seguimiento del desempeño del negocio, vs Budget y la planeación de ventas. Variaciones de Sell In, Sell Out, Descuentos (Gross to Net Sales), DOH, DSO y la rentabilidad por cliente y las marcas con el fin de proporcionar visibilidad a Gerentes de ventas acerca del status del canal de ventas y el impacto en el negocio completo.
- Análisis y seguimiento a los descuentos comerciales otorgados a los clientes en el canal en cuestión con el fin de identificar las oportunidades en el canal y aumentar la rentabilidad de estos por Marca y SKU's.
- Responsable de gestión de las reuniones mensuales de canal con el fin de presentar el "Business Review" y contribuir a la definición de las actividades pertinentes para el Canal, construyendo sinergias eficaces con el fin de mejorar la rentabilidad de los clientes y generar planes de acción paraactivar acciones en el Canal.
- Proporcionar activamente el soporte y apoyo para desarrollar e implementar estrategias de distribución y ventas adecuadas (Asignación de Sku correctos, descuentos, y actividades que generen demanda en el punto deventa por cada cliente en el canal
Quien eres:
- Licenciatura en administración, finanzas o afín
- Experiencia de ventas y noción de marketing
- Habilidades de planeación y análisis
- Habilidades de comunicación
- Inglés 70%
