Our client is currently expanding their team and looking for a highly motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) based in Mexico.

Job Summary:
As a Sales Development Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving their sales growth by identifying and qualifying potential leads. You will be the first point of contact for potential clients and will be responsible for building strong relationships that contribute to their sales pipeline. This role is ideal for a proactive individual with excellent communication skills and a passion for sales.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation: Identify and research potential clients through various channels including social media, web searches, and industry-specific platforms.Outbound Outreach: Conduct outbound calls and emails to prospective clients to introduce their products/services.Qualification: Assess and qualify leads based on established criteria to determine their potential as sales opportunities.Relationship Building: Establish and nurture relationships with potential clients, understanding their needs and aligning them with their solutions.CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions and lead activities in their CRM system.Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop and refine lead generation strategies.Reporting: Provide regular reports on lead generation activities and outcomes to management.

Qualifications:

Location: Must be based in Mexico.Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a sales, lead generation, or customer service role. 

Skills:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Spanish and English.Strong research and analytical skills.Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office Suite.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Strong organizational and time management skills.
