- Serás el responsable de realizar análisis de cierre de mes, establecer riesgos y oportunidades para el forecast con el fin de dar visibilidad sobre posibles impactos a ser considerados en los escenarios de venta a corto y mediano plazo.
- Medirás la asertividad que se tiene en la generación de building blocks y su interacción con el forecast sell out a través del análisis de impactos por building blocks establecidos en ciclos S&OP; impacto proyectado vs impacto real.
- Contribuirás al equipo a través de la realización de learning log y catálogo de building blocks.
- Realizarás limpieza de historia y proceso de forecasting para sell out de productos con menos de 36 meses de historia de ventas, con la finalidad de brindar visibilidad sobre productos de innovación a ser analizados en el proceso de S&OP.
- Serás el responsable de consolidar y realizar bottom up de forecast estadístico con el objetivo de validar, conciliar y ofrecer una mejora para el mismo.
- Medirás el desempeño de forecast estadístico Sell out, con la finalidad de implementar planes de mejora en desviaciones significativas que impacten el forecast accuracy.
- Realizarás validaciones correspondientes a totales de ventas vs forecast de volúmenes finitos para dar visibilidad y fomentar la toma de decisiones en temporalidades de ventas.
