Job Description


Responsabilidades:


Ejecutar y apoyar en la coordinación de estrategias para mejorar los procesos operativos e institucionales de Recursos Humanos, a través del análisis de información y uso de mejores prácticas del mercado, que soporten e impacten positivamente la operación de las distintas áreas de Negocio.


Ejecutar estrategias para procesos de bajas de personal asegurando el cumplimiento de las políticas de la Compañía, reduciendo riesgos laborales, y garantizando el respeto y adecuada atención al empleado que se retira.


Asesorar a los empleados en general en todos los procesos de Recursos Humanos, desarrollando relaciones cercanas y efectivas con ellos para fortalecer su compromiso hacia la Compañía.


Gestionar los procesos de altas, bajas, y cambios de personal interno y externo mediante el uso del sistema de MyHR y demás sistemas institucionales, asegurando que los Managers correspondientes realicen los cambios que apliquen y garantizando que la información esté 100% correcta.


Qualifications


Requisitos:


  • Licenciatura terminada, deseable sea en Recursos Humanos, Administración, Psicología Organizacional, Laboral, Comunicación o afín. En caso de tener una licenciatura no relacionada con el área de Recursos Humanos, este conocimiento podrá omitirse si cumple con la experiencia requerida. *
  • Microsoft Office (Excel, Power Point, Word). *
  • Dominio idioma inglés al menos 85%. *
  • Experiencia de 2-3 años en Recursos Humanos como generalista o especialista en empresas reconocidas.*
  • 2 años de experiencia en posiciones con responsabilidades que requieran análisis, negociación y/o toma de decisiones. *
