Our client is a community association management company. They believe that building and maintaining a community takes more than just hammers and nails. It takes integrity, trust, experience, and support. Their success is based on the belief that effective management anticipates our client’s needs, not merely reacts to them.


We are looking for an Assistant Property Manager to support the following activities.


  • Support completion of regularly scheduled site reviews and project walks
  • Draft and distribute Association communications and updates
  • Review governing documents and gain familiarity with Association rules and guidelines.
  • Attend periodic meetings via Zoom for minute-taking, action lists, and others (such as annual membership meetings) to assist with balloting and check-in
  • Review and submit requests for vendor bids and contracted services
  • Create RFP specification comparison charts in accordance with company guidelines
  • Assist PM with preparations for scheduled meetings.
  • Communicate by telephone, and/or via email to Board members, homeowners, and vendors.
  • Manage Association records requiring signatures.
  • In PM absences, oversee basic emergency vendor needs.

WORK SCHEDULE:


Monday to Friday.


  • Regular schedule: 10:00 to 19:00 Mexico City time
  • Daylight saving: 9:00 to 18:00 Mexico City time.

MIN REQUIREMENTS:


  • MUST: Advanced-Native English (verbal and written)
  • +3 years of experience overseeing staff, project management, and administrative tasks.
  • Prior experience dealing with condominiums, property management, or hospitality.
