The Demand Partner will be responsible for developing and facilitating the demand planning process within the region in Kerry.
What would you do?- This will be achieved through partnering primarily with the Sales Teams on the 0-12 month forecast, and secondarily the EUM Lead on the 12-24 month forecast, developing analytical driven insight for our organization, monitoring and continually improving the performance of this process to achieve maximum forecast accuracy.
- This role will be an integral part of the Supply Chain function, delivering service excellence for our customers, while maintaining a strong focus on costs, by providing a ‘forward looking’ mind-set.
- The Demand Partner will work closely with our sales and EUM teams, providing subject matter expertise and constructive challenge through clearly aligned partnership.
- The Demand Partner will be connected to the Demand Planner in the Top 20 strategic customers, in line with Customer Segmentation, in order to obtain additional input and challenge the forecast assumptions where appropriate.
- Bachelor’s degree
- 3-5 years of strong experience in demand planning.
- Proficient in Microsoft applications.
- Desirable SAP management
- Advanced English, excellent verbal and written communication skills (is a must)
