Responsibilities:

 

·       Wear appropriate safety equipment in each area.

·       Selection and recruitment of administrative or trusted personnel.                     

·       Monitors labor relations (contracts, agreements, lawsuits, etc.)                                         

·       Look for new sources of recruitment, attend exchange meetings and regional fairs.        

·       Hiring unionized and trusted staff.                                                                                          

·       Update and control of personnel in the "Personnel Administration" module in the People soft and KRONOS system.                                                                                                  

·       For internal payroll processes:                                                                                                 

Run interface reports to the payroll provider, after confirmation of the correct closure of KRONOS incidents.                                                                                                     

Validate absenteeism and authorized Overtime at Kronos.

Validate changes (Labor, shift, plant, etc.).

Validate that Sick Leave is excluded from the payroll.

Validate that new hires are included in the payroll.

Validate that salary changes are included in payroll.

Validate that personnel transfers are included in payroll.

Comparison of payroll calculation sent by the supplier Vs Incidents of the KRONOS

assistance system (payrolls vallejo, santa cecilia and confidential).

Validate that the calculations made by the supplier are correct based on the benefits

and incidents generated (vacations, vacation bonuses, union dues, absences and

incapacities).

Overtime, punctuality awards, additional bonuses and incidents that may be

generated each week).                                                                                   

 

·       Control and collect signatures for the renewal of monthly contracts.                      

·       Deliver lockers, credentials, life insurance, etc.

·       Process debit cards for payroll payment.                                                                              

·       Control and semi-annual deliveries of uniforms.                                                                

·       Control of wage increases.                                                                                                        

·       Apply the Internal Work Regulations.                                                                                      

·       Maintain cordial relations with the union committee and all staff.                               

·       Archiving and updating of each worker's files.                                                                                   

·       Deliver absenteeism, turnover, and census reports in a timely manner.                         

·       Carry out the process of leaving staff.                                                                                    

·       Under the direction of the HR Manager, Generalist III will operate and be responsible for more than one of the following areas to manage and/or administer the compensation, benefits, hiring, training, organizational development, and employee relations                           

·       Apply 5 S's and Quality Records Control in your area.                                         

·       Implementation and follow-up Performance evaluation.                                   

·       Preparation and follow-up of the training plan.

 

Qualifications:

 

•            Bachelor of Business Administration, Psychology.                                                              .

•            One to three years experience in HR areas.
