Asegurar que se realicen en tiempo y forma todos los procesos administrativos y operativos para dar cumplimiento a las necesidades de Recursos Humanos a los clientes internos.
Tus responsabilidades
- Realizar el proceso de reclutamiento y seleción (publicacion de vacantes en distintos medios, entrevista, aplicación de evaluaciones a candidatos externos-internos, coordinar de examenes medicos y estudios socioecomicos)
- Realizar altas del personal y notificación de ingresos a IT / Seguridad / Compras
- Dar seguimiento de autorización de requisiciones (Tickets)
- Realizar el levantamiento de perfil y mapeo de posibles candidatos internos y externos
- Administrar información del registro global de empleados PDM
- Administrar las agencias de reclutamiento externas, autorización de factura y nomina
- Organizar expedientes
- Realizar el proceso de contratación y administrar los contratos del periodo de prueba
- Aplicar bajas de personal
- Apoyar en auditorias internas y externas
- Coordinar la aplicación de encuestas de clima organizacional
- Impartición de cursos
- Dar seguimiento a los procesos de cargas de objetivos HCMS, asi como planes de desarrollo junto con los lideres
- Gestionar el cumplimiento de normas ante STPS
- Controlar incidencias, nomina, asistencias, aplicación de medidas disciplinarias, solicitud de vacaciones y horas extra
- Coordinar transporte , entrega de uniformes, cartas
- Entregar reportes
Licenciatura en Administración, Ingeniería Industrial o a fin
Experiencia mínima de 3 años en áreas de Recursos Humanos para Suply Chain
Inglés Intermedio
