Your New Role: The Director, reporting to the VP Ad Sales Operations & Development will be responsible for managing & mentoring the Sr. Manager and Sales Operations team (National & DR).⯠The Director will manage workload, the training curriculum, develop informative training sessions, promoting efficiency, and preparing teams to be successful in their roles.⯠This position will oversee onboarding programs (for both new and promoted employees) that will not only provide technical training but prepare then new team members on all key business processes across ad sales operations based in the region. Trainees will be based in MX.


Your Role Accountabilities:
⢠Oversee, manage & mentor Sr. Manager & Operations Teamâ¯
⢠Expert in internal systems and processes
⢠Conduct training sessions for new hires; hold office hours to answer all system & process related questions
⢠Manage workload for Operations Teamâ¯â¯
⢠Implement and re-design current workflows to find efficiencies within Mex City ACsâ¯â¯
⢠Manage recruiting process for Mexico.â¯â¯
⢠With Sr. Manager, coordinate, and conduct 30/60/90 Day evaluation for new hiresâ¯
⢠Liaison between key stakeholders such as Pricing & Planning, Inventory Management, Linear Commercial Operations and Ad Sales Marketingâ¯

Qualifications & Experiences:
⢠Strong computer knowledge (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)â¯
⢠Ability to work independently as well as in cross-functional groups.â¯
⢠High level of organizational skills and the ability to prioritize.â¯
⢠Learns and applies new information, concepts, and techniques in area of practice.â¯
⢠Strong English language skills
⢠Great verbal and written communication skillsâ¯
⢠Ability to work in a deadline driven environment.â¯
⢠Strong problem-solving skills and customer service skillsâ¯
⢠Detail oriented and team playerâ¯
⢠Must be able to work collaboratively with team members.â¯
⢠Must be able and willing to provide overtime work when necessaryâ¯
⢠Previous related experience is a plusâ¯
