Job Summary:
Highly motivated and results-driven Healthcare Sales Hunter (Healthcare Sales Director) will be responsible for prospecting and acquiring new clients, primarily healthcare organizations and professionals. The role involves identifying sales opportunities, developing relationships, and driving revenue growth by promoting our healthcare products/services.

Key Responsibilities:
Prospect and Acquire New Clients:

- Utilize market research and lead generation techniques to identify potential clients within the healthcare industry.
- Initiate and manage outreach efforts to generate interest and secure appointments with key decision-makers.

Understand Client Needs:

- Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand the specific requirements and challenges of prospective clients in the healthcare sector.
- Tailor product/service offerings to address the identified needs and provide customized solutions.

Develop and Maintain Client Relationships:

- Build strong and lasting relationships with healthcare professionals, administrators, and decision-makers.
- Engage in regular follow-ups and communication to ensure client satisfaction, address concerns, and foster long-term partnerships.

Achieve Sales Targets:

- Set ambitious sales targets and work diligently to achieve or exceed them within specified timelines.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and meet organizational objectives.

Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams:

- Coordinate with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure seamless client onboarding and exceptional customer experience.

Stay Informed about Industry Trends:

- Stay up-to-date with advancements, trends, and changes in the healthcare industry.
- Leverage industry knowledge to position our offerings effectively and provide value-added insights to clients.

Prepare and Present Proposals:

- Create compelling sales proposals, presentations, and product demonstrations to showcase the value proposition of our healthcare products/services.
- Address client queries and objections effectively to close deals.

Maintain Accurate Records:

- Document all interactions, sales activities, and client communications in the designated CRM system for proper tracking and reporting.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the healthcare or medical industry.
- Strong understanding of healthcare products, services, and market dynamics.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate within a team.
- Results-oriented with a demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and detail-oriented.
- Proficient in using CRM software and sales-related tools.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Previous experience selling healthcare technology, medical devices, pharmaceuticals, or related healthcare solutions.
- Established network and relationships within the healthcare industry.
- Knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements in the healthcare sector.
