The Regional Sales Manager Mexico/Central America for HemoCue is responsible for implementing sales strategies and action plans with a hands-on approach to ensure that sales and profitability goals are met in close collaboration with local distributors and partners.

This position is part of the commercial sales team located in Mexico City and will be fully remote. At HemoCue, our vision is to do things easier, to do things better, and to do them right.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Manage and drive opportunity funnel to achieve desired sales targets.
  • Grow the business, particularly within the physician office lab/primary care segment as well as anemia programs through the implementation of effective campaigns aligned with distributors.
  • Monitor competitive activities and increase market share through effective selling to the Blood bank, Hospitals, Primary Care, Public Health and other segments.
  • Collaborate with HemoCue Corporate to build effective campaigns obtaining market access for new additions to the HemoCue product lines.
  • Working collaboratively across functions to manage sales resource demands and ensure the development of pre-launch sales plans for new products within the planning horizon.

The essential requirements of the job include:

  • B. Sc. in Biomedical Sciences or related field.
  • Minimum 5 yearsâ experience with sales of medical devices or diagnostic products in the Latin American health care market.
  • Proven experience with formulating and implementing commercial strategies and ability to adapt to changing circumstances, flexible, inter-cultural, global mindset.
  • Fluent in verbal and written English and Spanish.
  • Ability to travel up to 40%.

This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
