¿Qué harás como Finance Manager, FP&A en SEE?

Como Finance Manager, FP&A, reportarás al Director de Finanzas, - Funciones Globales dentro del departamento de FP&A - apoyando el programa de transformación Cost Take Out to Grow (CTO2Grow) y tendrás la responsabilidad de gestionar un informe directo. Este rol tendrá una relación de reporte punteada / indirecta con el Vicepresidente de Rendimiento Empresarial.

¿Cuáles serán tus principales responsabilidades?
  • Apoyo al programa Cost Take Out to Grow (CTO2Grow) y a las iniciativas de productividad de costos.
  • Preparación de presentaciones para las publicaciones trimestrales de ganancias, equipo ejecutivo y reuniones de la junta directiva.
  • Análisis y prueba de informes para verificar precisión y pertinencia del contexto empresarial.
  • Coordinación de los cálculos de ahorro de EBITDA Bridge y modificación según necesidades de informes.
  • Gestión del pipeline de ahorro durante todo el año y presentación de informes para respaldar el Plan Operativo Anual (AOP) y publicaciones trimestrales de ganancias.
  • Colaboración con líderes de flujos de trabajo para asegurar ejecución de iniciativas y alcanzar objetivos.
  • Garantía de consistencia en la presentación de informes a nivel de iniciativa y programa de transformación.
  • Supervisión de administración y precisión de Wave para todos los flujos de trabajo.
  • Impulso de la adopción de automatización de informes y análisis.
  • Revisión y establecimiento de KPIs para medir efectividad de decisiones e iniciativas.
  • Resolución de desalineaciones entre partes interesadas y garantía de operación de flujos de trabajo según la política establecida.
  • Exploración sistemática de la vista actual de Wave para garantizar la precisión de los datos en todos los informes.
  • Promoción del uso de Power BI y Power Automate para mejorar las capacidades analíticas en toda la empresa.
¿Qué te ayudará a tener éxito en esta posición?
  • Fuertes habilidades de comunicación escrita y verbal en inglés (Reporta a USA). Habilidad para comunicarse de manera efectiva, clara y concisa. Cómodo interactuando en todos los niveles de la organización.
  • Profundo entendimiento de productos y rendimiento de márgenes de un negocio de fabricación.
  • Usuario experimentado de SAP, BIA / B4P / HANA y OneStream (o similar, por ejemplo, Hyperion).
  • Fuertes habilidades de modelado utilizando Excel, VBA o Power Query.
  • La familiaridad con herramientas de visualización de datos como Tableau o Power BI es una ventaja.
  • Conocimiento sólido de conceptos comerciales, principios contables y fuertes habilidades analíticas.
  • Flexible, paciente y altamente pragmático con capacidad para repriorizar rápidamente.
  • Excelentes habilidades para resolver problemas con capacidad para desagregar problemas, identificar causas raíz y recomendar soluciones. Siempre enfocado en lograr resultados.
  • Capacidad para organizar, gestionar y priorizar el trabajo propio y del equipo.
  • Espíritu emprendedor que continúa pensando en cómo trabajar de manera más eficiente / automatizar procesos y que pone proactivamente en práctica estas ideas.
