Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a proven track record in managing all aspects of marketing, including website development and monitoring, SEO optimization, social media management, and content generation. This individual will play a key role in driving brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth.

Responsibilities:

Marketing Strategy and Planning:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to meet organizational objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with overall business goals.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and challenges.

Website Development and Monitoring:

  • Oversee the design, development, and maintenance of the company website.
  • Ensure the website reflects the brand identity and provides an optimal user experience.
  • Monitor website performance, analyze traffic, and implement improvements as needed.

SEO Optimization:

  • Lead SEO initiatives to enhance the company's online visibility and search engine rankings.
  • Conduct keyword research, analyze website SEO factors, and implement on-page and off-page optimization strategies.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and search engine algorithm changes.

Social Media Management:

  • Develop and implement a social media strategy to build brand presence and engage with the target audience.
  • Manage and create content for various social media platforms, ensuring consistency with brand messaging.
  • Monitor social media metrics, analyze performance, and adjust strategies accordingly.

Content Generation:

  • Oversee the creation of compelling and relevant content for various marketing channels.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to develop content that resonates with the target audience.
  • Ensure content aligns with SEO strategies and contributes to overall marketing goals.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven experience as a Marketing Manager with a focus on website management, SEO, social media, and content generation.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and trends.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in using marketing tools and platforms.
  • Proficiency in Squarespace and WordPress preferred.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative marketing strategies.
