Job Description As Stori’s Senior Product Designer you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our financial super app. You’ll lead design efforts that begin with our app’s Home experience — the most valuable real estate in Stori — and expand into other lanes and squads as we grow. You won’t just design screens; you’ll excel at problem solving and design thinking, uncovering opportunities through discovery and conceptual work, and turning them into clear, actionable product directions. You’ll bring a rigorous design process, leverage AI-powered tools to enhance discovery, ideation, and execution, and work closely with cross‑functional partners to drive alignment. Just as importantly, you’ll evangelize your concepts, research, and insights to stakeholders across the company, ensuring your ideas inspire action and shape the vision of our product. Job Requirements 6+ years of experience as a designer working on mobile consumer digital products. Strong portfolio showcasing your ability to tackle complex problems with measurable business and user impact. Expertise in interaction design, visual design, and information architecture. Proven strength in problem framing, design thinking, and applying a robust design process from discovery through delivery. Ability to influence, communicate, and evangelize research insights and concepts to drive alignment across cross‑functional teams. Strong understanding of user‑centered design principles and best practices across mobile platforms. Experience in fintech, startups, or other fast‑moving, high‑growth industries is highly desirable. Excellent collaboration and communication skills. Experience experimenting with or applying AI tools to support ideation, research, or creative workflows is a plus. Design & Prototyping Tools: Figma, motion/prototyping tools. Design Systems: Documentation, use, governance and scaling. User Research: Usability testing, interviewing, survey design, A/B testing basics. Discovery & Conceptual Work: Ability to structure ambiguous problems, generate and test bold concepts, and translate insights into product direction. Product Thinking: Roadmaps, product metrics, experimentation, understanding tradeoffs between design, business, and tech. Interaction & Visual Design: Accessibility standards (WCAG), responsive design, mobile‑first patterns, animation principles. AI in Design: Familiarity with AI‑powered tools that decrease low value work, increase high value work and alignment across teams. Collaboration with Engineering: Ability to partner closely with developers to ensure smooth handoff and high‑quality implementation. Job Responsibilities Lead discovery and conceptual design work to define the future of Stori’s app Home and beyond. Own the end‑to‑end design process, from research and ideation to prototyping and delivery. Evangelize research insights and design concepts, ensuring stakeholders are aligned and inspired. Design user experiences that balance business goals, technical feasibility, and user needs. Collaborate across squads and functions (product, engineering, research, marketing) to deliver cohesive product experiences. Champion the user: advocate for user needs and insights in every design decision. Use data and experimentation to validate design choices and continuously improve experiences. Leverage AI and emerging tools to enhance problem solving, discovery, and design efficiency. #J-18808-Ljbffr
