Join to apply for the Production Supervisor role at Milwaukee Tool. Key Responsibilities Be an expert in production delivery control, quality assurance, people management, and line balancing. Support the manager in building up and optimizing the production internal management system. Control production costs, including WIP, head count, overtime, scrap, etc., to meet team targets. Understand and provide solutions to resolve operational constraints. Implement preventative operational improvement activities based on actual data in collaboration with function teams. Manage team members to follow company policy and rules, maintaining good morale and discipline. Maintain a safe working environment, leading subordinates to follow safety & security guidelines and avoid accidents. Evaluate team members' performance and provide suggestions or solutions for improvement. Work closely with cross‑functional team members to achieve company goals. Qualifications Engineering degree required with strong application skills and hands‑on capability. Minimum 3+ years' experience in a manufacturing plant, leading a team. Good written and reading English. Familiar with production management and distributed processes, with experience delivering on time, improving quality, and assembling operations. Willing to learn and develop, self‑driven, motivated, with a high level of initiative. Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills, strong analytical and organizational skills.
