Licenciatura / Ingeniería

Conocimientos, Experiencia & Datos Académicos Requeridos:

 - Experiencia en la industria de la manufactura.
 - Mínimo 3 años liderando un equipo.
 - Experiencia enriquecedora por entregar a tiempo, la mejora de la calidad y la operación de montaje. 
 -  Estar familiarizado con la gestión de la producción y el proceso de distribución.

 - Buena presentación y comunicación.
 - Fuerte habilidad analítica y organizativa.

Objetivo General

Defender y actualizar el funcionamiento diario de las líneas de producción, incluyendo la productividad, la calidad y la seguridad, etc., impulsando o cooperando en toda el área específica relativa a todo tipo de mejoras para satisfacer las necesidades del negocio.

Deberes y Responsabilidades

  • Ser expertos en el control de la entrega de producción, asegurar la calidad y la gestión de personal.

  • Apoyar al director en la creación y optimización del sistema de gestión interna de la producción.

  • Control de los costes de producción, incluyendo WIP, recuento de personal, exceso de tiempo, desechos, etc., para cumplir los objetivos del equipo.

  • Comprender y proporcionar soluciones para resolver las limitaciones operativas.

  • Implementar la actividad de mejora operativa preventiva basada en los datos reales con el equipo de la función correspondiente.

  • Dirigir a los miembros del equipo para que sigan la política y las normas de la empresa, y mantener la moral y la disciplina del equipo.

  • Mantener un buen ambiente de trabajo, dirigiendo a todos los subordinados para que sigan las directrices de seguridad y eviten los accidentes.

  • Ser capaz de evaluar el rendimiento de los miembros del equipo y proporcionar sugerencias o incluso soluciones para mejorar.

  • Trabajar estrechamente con todos los miembros del equipo para lograr el objetivo del equipo.

  • Dar soporte en las actividades generales que requiera el departamento.
