Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and performance evaluations. Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention. Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and areas for growth. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and finance, to align sales strategies with overall business objectives. Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, providing regular reports and recommendations for improvement.
