The SDR position is responsible for prospecting, qualifying, and converting potential partners into opportunities in the sales pipeline. No technology sales experience? What You’ll Do (but not limited to): Identify leads/prospects, generate curiosity and interest, qualify, educate and develop new opportunities Conduct multi‑channel outreach to warm and cold leads Qualify inbound leads via phone, webform, email, etc. Create sales opportunities by generating appointments for the broader sales team Partner with sales counterparts to develop a plan of attack for particular leads Encourage ideas to assist in driving sales and success Your Qualifications: Quick learner and self‑starter with an entrepreneurial work ethic Inquisitive mind and willingness to learn Interpersonal skills and ability to interact with individuals at all levels of the organization Desire and passion to collaborate, learn and grow 1 year of professional experience preferred (SaaS, retail, customer service, education, etc.) Where you’ll be working/Location: JumpCloud® is committed to being Remote First; this role is remote within the country of Mexico. You must be located in and authorized to work in Mexico to be considered for this role.
