Position Overview We are looking for a Lead Aggregators Specialist who can turn partner channels into a consistent source of profitable, incremental booked jobs. You will own relationships with lead aggregators, pay‑per‑lead and pay‑per‑call vendors, and affiliate‑style partners. This role is ideal for someone who loves working with numbers, understands how to connect leads to booked revenue, and is comfortable making decisions based on performance data, not just volume. Key Responsibilities Identify, evaluate, and onboard new lead aggregators, pay‑per‑lead vendors, and partner programs. Negotiate pricing, payout structures, and terms based on cost per booked job and profit, not just lead volume. Monitor performance by partner, campaign, geo, and service line, and make adjustments to keep programs profitable. Adjust bids, caps, filters, and lead criteria to hit cost per booked job targets. Work with dispatch and customer service teams to ensure partner leads are contacted quickly and handled using best practices. Implement routing, tagging, and disposition tracking in the CRM so results can be clearly tied back to each partner. Build clear, straightforward reports showing leads, bookings, revenue, and profit by partner. Run structured tests with new partners, pricing models, filters, and scripts, scaling what works and cutting what does not. Report weekly on what was tested, what changed, what is scaling, and what is being paused. Qualifications 5 or more years managing performance‑based partnerships, affiliates, or lead aggregators. Proven track record improving lead quality, booking rates, and reducing cost per booked job. Comfortable working with contracts and payout structures such as CPL, CPA, and revenue share. Able to clearly connect partner leads to booked jobs and revenue using CRM and reporting tools. Strong analytical skills and confidence working with performance data and KPIs. Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken. Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment. Nice to Haves Experience in home services, local services, or other booking‑based B2C businesses. Familiarity with call tracking and attribution tools such as CallRail or similar. Experience building or managing simple dashboards in tools like GA4, Looker Studio, or Data Studio.
