Operations & Executive Support Assistant 📌 Job Description: Operations & Executive Support Assistant 💰 Compensation: Starting at $650/month (Full-time basis). Salary will increase to $1,300/month after 1 month of proven success. 📄 Contract Type: This is an Independent Contractor role, managed through Remote Hero for dedicated work with the client. 🕒 Working Hours: Full-Time: M-F 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (with a half-hour unpaid lunch). Part-Time: Flexible hours within the 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM window. About the Client Our client is an entrepreneur managing multiple projects and companies that require high-level organizational discipline. They focus on strategic judgment and client outcomes, requiring a dedicated support pillar to handle the execution loops of daily operations and system hygiene. About the Role Remote Hero is seeking an execution-focused Operations & Executive Support Assistant. This is not a decision-making role; your primary mission is to keep systems clean, information current, and tasks completed accurately according to established checklists. You will serve as the “right hand” for both the Managing Partner and the Client Delivery Operator, ensuring they can focus on high-level priorities. Responsibilities Executive Support (Managing Partner): Handle calendar coordination, meeting preparation, inbox triage based on rules, and document organization following clear templates. Operations Support (Client Delivery Operator): Maintain delivery trackers, upload client assets, track milestones, and perform data entry to ensure delivery records are current. GoHighLevel System Hygiene: Create contact records, maintain pipelines, apply tags consistently, and ensure data integrity within GoHighLevel without modifying independent workflows. Process Execution: Work strictly from documented processes and checklists, flagging any inconsistencies or missing information to leadership. Administrative Support: Assist with basic admin tasks across multiple projects and companies to ensure operational flow. Qualifications GoHighLevel Experience: Specific, hands‑on experience with GoHighLevel is mandatory. Organizational Mastery: Highly organized with a passion for detail and accuracy. Instructional Discipline: Proven ability to follow instructions carefully and work effectively from templates and checklists. Technical Proficiency: Comfortable with CRM tools, spreadsheets, and basic admin software. Reliability: Extremely responsive during agreed working hours and committed to meeting deadlines without being chased. Bonus Skills (Nice to Have) Experience with other workflow tools like HubSpot or Salesforce. Prior experience supporting Managing Partners or Operations Leads.
