Account Manager - Technical Training & Professional Services (Mexico) About the RoleWe're seeking a dynamic Account Manager to drive growth and manage relationships for our Technical Training and Professional Services business in Mexico. This is a unique opportunity to combine revenue generation with strategic account management, working directly with customers across enterprise, mid-market, and SMB segments.In this role, you'll be responsible for 60% revenue generation (new business development, upsells, renewals) and 40% account management (relationship building, customer success, retention). You'll serve as the primary point of contact for direct customers in Mexico, partnering closely with our services delivery and training operations teams to ensure exceptional customer experiences.What You'll DoRevenue Generation (60%)Identify and pursue new business opportunities within assigned territoryDrive upsells and cross-sells of technical training and professional services solutionsManage the full sales cycle from prospecting through contract negotiation and closureDevelop and execute strategic account plans to achieve revenue targetsConduct discovery calls, needs assessments, and solution presentationsAccount Management (40%)Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makersEnsure customer satisfaction and successful delivery of training and professional servicesCoordinate with internal teams (trainers, operations, delivery) to meet customer needsMonitor account health and proactively address concerns or opportunitiesFacilitate renewals and long-term partnership growthRequired QualificationsMinimum 3 years of experience in account management, sales, or business developmentBilingual proficiency in Spanish (English proficiency is a plus)Working knowledge of AWS, Microsoft Azure, and/or Cisco technologies (certifications not required)Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targetsExperience working with services delivery, training, or operations teamsStrong consultative selling and relationship management skillsSelf-motivated with ability to work independently in a remote environmentMust be located in or willing to relocate to Mexico CityNice to HaveExperience in the technical training or professional services industryFamiliarity with cloud technologies and IT infrastructure solutionsExperience managing mixed portfolios (enterprise, mid-market, SMB)CRM experience (HubSpot preferred)Compensation & Benefits~ Competitive base salary~5% commission on revenue generated~1% year-end bonus for achieving 100% of annual target~ Professional development opportunities including:~ HubSpot Training (self-paced)~ AWS Cloud Practitioner certification~ Microsoft Copilot/Azure webinars and trainingWork EnvironmentFully remote position with minimal travel requirementsFlexible work arrangementsCollaborative team culture with strong cross-functional supportOpportunity to shape and grow a key market territoryTarget Start DateQ1 2026
