VirtueStaff is seeking a proactive and highly organized Client Success Manager to oversee the lifecycle of customer relationships for our client. In this role, you will be responsible for seamless client onboarding, ongoing account management, and strategic project management to ensure client goals are met. The ideal candidate has a strong background in digital marketing and is proficient in managing CRM systems and advertising platforms to drive client results.ResponsibilitiesLead the initial setup and integration process for new clients to ensure a smooth transition into our servicesServe as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining long-term relationships and identifying opportunities for growthOversee the execution of client projects, ensuring tasks are completed on time and within scopeManage client data within the CRM and oversee Meta Ads campaigns to monitor and improve performanceUtilize GoHighLevel to automate workflows and manage client interactions efficientlyPrevious experience working specifically within a digital marketing firm is preferredDemonstrated excellence in customer service with the ability to manage professional relationships effectivelyStrong project management skills and experience managing complex CRMsExperience with GoHighLevel and Meta Ads is highly preferredFamiliarity with Slack for internal communication and ClickUp for task management is preferred but not mandatoryWork From HomePerformance Bonus #J-18808-Ljbffr
