We're looking for a Customer Success Manager based in Mexico City to own client relationships and ensure our customers achieve their marketing goals.The RoleYou'll be the primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients, responsible for onboarding, retention, and growth. You'll work closely with our delivery teams to ensure campaigns hit targets and clients stay happy.What you'll do:Own client relationships from onboarding through renewalRun weekly/monthly client calls and QBRsMonitor campaign performance and flag issues before clients doIdentify upsell and expansion opportunitiesCoordinate with internal teams (paid media, SEO, creative) to resolve client requestsTrack client health metrics and reduce churnRequirementsNative English fluency (written and verbal) - non-negotiable2+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, or Client ServicesExperience in digital marketing, advertising, or agency environment preferredStrong communication skills - you can explain complex things simplyComfortable with data - you can read dashboards and speak to performance metricsBased in Mexico City with reliable internet and availability during US business hours (CST/EST overlap)Nice to have:Experience with GoHighLevel or similar CRMFamiliarity with Meta Ads, Google Ads, or SEO reporting toolsWhat We Offer$2,500 USD/monthWork with US clients on interesting brandsGrowth path into Senior CSM or Account Director roles
