Responsibilities Monitoring and troubleshooting system performance issues. Managing and maintaining backups and disaster recovery plans. Implementing and maintaining security measures to protect systems and data. Managing and maintaining virtualized environments. Participating in the design and planning of new systems and infrastructure. Collaborating with other IT team members to complete projects and tasks. Providing support for end users on various technical issues. Qualifications 3-5 years of professional experience in a similar role. Experience with Linux/Unix and Windows operating systems. Experience with virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper‑V. Experience with cloud computing platforms such as AWS or Azure. Strong knowledge of networking protocols such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, Routing, Switching, VLAN, VPN, Firewall, Wi‑Fi, and Network monitoring. Strong experience in network troubleshooting, identifying and solving problems. Strong understanding of Network Security, including firewall, VPN configuration, intrusion detection and prevention, and threat management. Strong understanding of Network Performance and Optimization, including traffic flow, congestion management, and Quality of Service (QoS) management. Network capacity planning and ability to design, implement, and troubleshoot networks. Strong knowledge of system administration best practices and security principles. Strong problem‑solving and troubleshooting skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills. (English) Strong analytical and critical thinking skills. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience). Certifications such as CompTIA, MCSA, or Linux+ are a plus. This position may require some on‑call or after‑hours work as well as occasional travel.
