**Responsibilities**:- Monitoring and troubleshooting system performance issues.- Managing and maintaining backups and disaster recovery plans.- Implementing and maintaining security measures to protect systems and data.- Managing and maintaining virtualized environments.- Participating in the design and planning of new systems and infrastructure.- Collaborating with other IT team members to complete projects and tasks.- Providing support for end users on various technical issues.**Qualifications**:- 3-5 years of professional experience in a similar role.- Experience with Linux/Unix and Windows operating systems.- Experience with virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V.- Experience with cloud computing platforms such as AWS or Azure.- Strong knowledge of networking protocols on different areas, such as:- TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, Routing, Switching, VLAN, VPN, Firewall, Wi-Fi, Network monitoring.- Strong Experience in network troubleshoot, identifying and solving problems.- Strong understanding of Network Security, including firewall and VPN configuration, intrusion detection and prevention, and threat management.- Strong understanding of Network Performance and Optimization, including traffic flow and congestion management, Quality of Service (QoS) management.- Network capacity planning and ability to design, implement, and troubleshoot networks.- Strong knowledge of system administration best practices and security principles.- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
