We're Hiring: IT Assistant / Computer Systems Support — On-Site (Guadalajara, Chapultepec) Only Gdl based and English resumes will be reviewedWe are looking for a proactive and tech-savvy IT Assistant to join our team in Guadalajara. This is a hybrid role that combines technical support with occasional client service support , ideal for someone who enjoys both troubleshooting and assisting people.What You'll DoIT & Technical SupportProvide hardware and software troubleshooting for staff equipment.Set up and configure computers for new hires.Create user accounts and profiles on required company platforms.Install, update, and maintain necessary software and tools.Track and support basic IT inventory.Client Service SupportAssist the legal team when needed. (No prior experience needed)Provide excellent customer service to clients during intake processes.Support additional office tasks as assigned.What We're Looking ForFluent EnglishExperience in computer systems, IT support, or technical assistance .Ability to diagnose and solve common software/hardware issues.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Willingness to support non-IT tasks as needed.
