About the Role At HEINEKEN, we're on a mission to digitally transform the shopfloor experience —making the lives of our operators and technicians smarter, safer, and more efficient. We're looking for a hands-on IOT Specialist to guide the Smart Supply Chain Services Team , a key player in modernizing operational processes such as safety, manual work execution, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement (TPM). Your role? Take this digital journey further, scale its impact, and deliver truly game-changing solutions for our people. You'll be working closely with our suppliers' development teams, global product owners, and regional deployment teams— bridging automation and IT in one of the most exciting tech environments in our supply chain. Your Key Responsibilities Act as the main technology expert in the product team for shopfloor digital services. Guide the implementation and support of digital solutions for TPM, safety, maintenance , and more. Own the incident management and support process across L0-L2 levels. Enable shopfloor connectivity through SCADA, historians, IoT protocols, and PLCs. Collaborate with global supply chain product owners to deliver real-time, user-friendly tools. Ensure quality, compliance, and global standards are applied throughout all solutions. Influence and partner with Product Owners to drive continuous improvement. Help deploy services across regions, supporting activities like firewall management , system routing, and ticket resolution. Maintain and contribute to documentation in knowledge platforms (e.g., Confluence). Be a self-directed team player who works collaboratively, plans work with autonomy, and continuously removes blockers for the team. ️ Your Background & Skills We're looking for a hybrid profile —someone who understands both automation and IT systems , and who's comfortable diving into both worlds: Must-Haves: Proven experience in operational IT environments and service delivery . Solid knowledge of PLC programming , SCADA/Historian systems (e.g., Kepware, Ignition, Proficy). Familiarity with industrial protocols: OPC UA, MQTT, Siemens Suite, Allen Bradley , etc. Good grasp of OSI model , industrial networks, and automation hardware. Fluent in Python or similar programming languages. High proficiency in English (B2+ or higher) – must feel comfortable writing, speaking, and presenting in English. Ability to manage support tickets, resolve technical issues, and deploy tools across regions. Solid experience working with tools like ServiceNow , ITIL frameworks , and RCA methodologies. Nice-to-Haves: Knowledge of ISA88/95 standards (batch manufacturing models). Experience with digital tools for TPM and safety in manufacturing. Strong analytical thinking, structured mindset, and great communication skills.
