Deploy the global employee survey in the region by steering & coordinating all work packages with local stakeholders, incl. data management, technical setup, enablement and communication. Ensure alignment of all Engagement and D&I initiatives within the region and their compliance with the global Engagement & Belonging Strategy. Advise regional business functions on Engagement, the Employee Survey, D&I solutions. Provide presentations, decision papers for Top Management. Ensure enablement of employees, managers and (regional) HR Business Partners in regards to global policies, standards, processes and tools. Implement, steer and analyze key metrics of Engagement and D&I. Monitor and analyze KPIs, create reports and ensure accessibility of results to respective employees, managers & HR Business Partners. Your Experience & Qualifications Bachelor Degree with a focus on human resources management, organizational psychology, or similar. Minimum of 3–5 years of professional experience in Diversity & Inclusion, organizational development or employee engagement ideally in the automotive industry. Experience in designing strategic HR concepts in an international business environment. Strong analytical skills and experience with KPIs and reporting tools. Fluent English (written and spoken).
