They should be able to think critically when making plans and have a demonstrated ability to execute a particular strategy.Identify, qualify and prospect new potential clients within the international tradeDevelop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with new and existing key accounts in an effort to grow business and help company expand, acting as their primary strategic contact.Prepare Sales Forecasts, management reports and present results to senior leadership.Bachelor's degree in International Business, Engineering, business administration, Comex, or related field~5 years' prior industry related business development experience (Ocean Freight)~ Professional fluency in english is mandatory~ Proficiency using CRM tools and the Microsoft Office 365 suite~ A competitive compensation package that entails a base + variable salary, health insurance, food allowance, and clear opportunities for professional growth and career development in a dynamic, collaborative and challenging work environment.All hiring is based on qualifications, merit, and business needs.
