We're looking for an enthusiastic and driven Recruiter to join our team and support hiring across multiple roles. This is an entry-level position, ideal for fresh graduates or junior recruiters from RPO / staffing agencies who want to build a strong foundation in end-to-end recruitment. Note: This role is not for senior recruiters. We're looking for someone eager to learn, execute, and grow. What You'll Do Source and screen candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, databases, and referrals Coordinate with hiring managers to understand role requirements Conduct initial candidate screenings (phone/video)Schedule interviews and follow up with candidates and interviewers Maintain accurate candidate data in ATS or tracking sheets Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience Support offer rollout and joining coordination Meet daily/weekly sourcing and screening targets Who We're Looking For Bachelor's degree (any discipline) OR experience in an RPO / staffing environment 0–2 years of recruitment experience Basic understanding of the recruitment lifecycle Good verbal and written communication skills Comfortable working with targets and deadlines Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment Preferred Skills Experience in RPO or staffing agencies Familiarity with job portals (LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, etc.)Basic knowledge of ATS or recruitment tracking tools Strong coordination and follow-up skills What We Offer Hands-on exposure to end-to-end recruitment Learning, training, and mentorship Clear growth path in Talent Acquisition Supportive and collaborative team culture Interested?Apply here or email me directly to learn more at anuj.chettri@cxcglobal.com
