We're looking for an enthusiastic and driven Recruiter to join our team and support hiring across multiple roles. This is an entry-level position, ideal for fresh graduates or junior recruiters from RPO / staffing agencies who want to build a strong foundation in end-to-end recruitment.Note:This role is not for senior recruiters. We're looking for someone eager to learn, execute, and grow.What You'll DoSource and screen candidates using job portals, Linked In, databases, and referralsCoordinate with hiring managers to understand role requirementsConduct initial candidate screenings (phone/video)Schedule interviews and follow up with candidates and interviewersMaintain accurate candidate data in ATS or tracking sheetsEnsure a smooth and positive candidate experienceSupport offer rollout and joining coordinationMeet daily/weekly sourcing and screening targetsWho We're Looking ForBachelor's degree (any discipline) OR experience in an RPO / staffing environment0–2 years of recruitment experienceBasic understanding of the recruitment lifecycleGood verbal and written communication skillsComfortable working with targets and deadlinesWillingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environmentPreferred SkillsExperience in RPO or staffing agenciesFamiliarity with job portals (Linked In, Naukri, Indeed, etc.)Basic knowledge of ATS or recruitment tracking toolsStrong coordination and follow-up skillsWhat We OfferHands-on exposure to end-to-end recruitmentLearning, training, and mentorshipClear growth path in Talent AcquisitionSupportive and collaborative team cultureInterested?Apply here or email me directly to learn more at anuj.chettri@cxcglobal.com
