We're looking for an enthusiastic and driven Recruiter to join our team and support hiring across multiple roles. This is an entry-level position, ideal for fresh graduates or junior recruiters from RPO / staffing agencies who want to build a strong foundation in end-to-end recruitment.Note:This role is not for senior recruiters. Source and screen candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, databases, and referralsConduct initial candidate screenings (phone/video)Maintain accurate candidate data in ATS or tracking sheetsBachelor's degree (any discipline) OR experience in an RPO / staffing environment~0–2 years of recruitment experience~ Basic understanding of the recruitment lifecycle~ Familiarity with job portals (LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, etc.)Basic knowledge of ATS or recruitment tracking toolsHands-on exposure to end-to-end recruitmentLearning, training, and mentorshipClear growth path in Talent Acquisition
