As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) youll be at the forefront of building relationships generating opportunities and shaping the future of our sales pipeline. This entry-level role offers a clear path for career advancement into Sales Specialist positions along with exposure to cutting-edge products and services in the healthcare segment. What Youll Do Respond to inbound inquiries via live chat email and phone focusing on generating quotes and driving sales opportunities. Qualify leads and manage the sales funnel using Microsoft Dynamics CRM. Meet or exceed lead generation and opportunity creation goals. Support outbound prospecting efforts including pipeline development and follow-up on leads. Develop expertise in our products and services to effectively meet customer needs. Collaborate cross-functionally with hospitals ISOs and OEMs to build strong relationships. What You Bring Must-Have : Bachelors degree 24 years of experience in sales or customer service. Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal). Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel Word PowerPoint Outlook). Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. Nice-to-Have : Biomedical engineering background. Portuguese language skills. Experience in the healthcare segment. Familiarity with CRM tools (Microsoft Dynamics preferred).
