Country Manager Rts•Monterrey, Nuevo León, MéxicoDescripción del trabajoResponsibilities:Ensure regional customer success by building, leading, and expanding a local teamPerform hands-on operational support wherever required during the growth processDevelop, lead, and maintain relationships with key stakeholders (retail and technology partners, advertisers, and investors in the region)Ownership over local P&L (1+ years' experience required)Develop and adapt a local growth strategy based on local research and factsImplement an effective brand strategy and ensure consistency across the regionMaintain a professional, approachable image for the company alwaysProduce regular business performance reports and present them to C-level executivesEstablish customer support best practices and train the regional team on themResponsible for managing all operations within the region which involves taking responsibility for profit, revenue, budgeting, and quality targetsSupport C-level executives in setting SMART objectives for the regionExecute on and support the local team to meet set objectives for the regionWork with customers to scope out future product requirements and relay this documented information to relevant internal teamsContribute to the overall success of our company in the new marketCreate sales decks in liaison with the sales and marketing teams showcasing our product's value and encouraging brands & advertising agencies to buy ad slotsResearch and create a pipeline of brands and advertising agencies to approach and perform the required sales activitiesOnce a sale is successful, hand it over to the local team to start their onboarding processKeep in contact and maintain a good relationship with advertisers for future opportunitiesWork with the Business Analysis team to analyze the performance of the ad campaigns and provide insights for the advertiser for better resultsQualifications5+ years of experience in a similar rolePrevious retail operations or advertising experience a mustStrong business sense and tech industry environment expertiseExperience with building new teams (in new markets)Big achievement or project delivery success experienceBSc degree in Computer Science or any related fieldMBA degree is preferredDriver's licenseProficiency in the English language written and spokenTech-industry relevant skills to communicate with our engineersAdvanced user in Microsoft Office and Google Drive suiteAdvanced online researcherExperience with CRM tools is a plusTipo de puesto y horarioTipo de puesto: Tiempo completo, Por tiempo indeterminadoHorario: Turno de 8 horasPrestacionesSeguro de gastos médicos mayoresVacaciones adicionales o permisos con goce de sueldoIdiomaInglés (Obligatorio)Disponibilidad para viajar25 % (Obligatorio) #J-18808-Ljbffr
