Sr. Corporate Lawyer with proven M&A experience (Argentina, Brazil and Uruguay) Lawyers on Demand (LOD), a Consilio company, is partnering with a prominent global leader in the agribusiness to recruit three Sr. Corporate Lawyer with proven M&A experience in Argentina, Brazil and Uruguay (one in each country). This is a full-time, 6 months (may be extended) opportunity for solid generalists with experience integrating entities in LATAM. Primarily remote with occasional on-site work required in Buenos Aires, Sao Paulo and Montevideo. Position Description On-ground support with integration of acquired business Project management Commercial contracts Employment Systems, templates, procurement way of working Qualifications Law degree English proficiency and working knowledge of Portuguese or Spanish are required +10 years of experience in general corporate counseling LOD is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
