Product Analyst

What You Will DoExecute against a prioritized backlog to deliver the highest value initiatives that are aligned with business objectives Effectively capture business requirements and user stories to be leveraged by the Product Team to deliver business outcomesto automate and transform work processes at scale utilizing AI and other technologiesCollaborate with IT teams (product management, software engineering, architecture, and support) and business partners to implement product improvements that drive business outcomesCommunicate effectively to business partners and IT teams on status, risks and roadblocks, and aid team members in overcoming obstaclesEnsure the quality of product releases and deliverables through execution of risk mitigation strategies, including test automation scripts, creation and execution of test cases, and regression testing Coordinate with business partners to conduct user acceptance testingLeverage data to inform strategy and showcase value storiesWho You Are (Basic Qualifications)3+ years’ experience supporting or managing enterprise applications, preferably within the ServiceNow platform (ITSM or similar modules)Proven experience with Application Portfolio Management (APM), Configuration Management Databases (CMDBs), and service mapping, preferably within the ServiceNow platformHigh sense of ownership and accountability for product deliverables and business outcomesProven ability to analyze data and process gaps and recommend alternatives to improveExcellent organizational and communication skillsDemonstrated ability to prioritize and manage multiple streams of workExperience working in a global, cross-functional, and Agile team environment.What Will Put You AheadExperience with the Common Services Data Model (CSDM) in ServiceNowExperience driving improvement through automation and process optimizationExperience in project and resource management and coordinating the work of a larger teamExperience with XML, API integrations, and similar technologiesExperience partnering with business stakeholders to solve business problems with technologyExperience working within ServiceNow Agile and DevOps methodologies, processes, and toolsWho We AreKoch creates and innovates a wide spectrum of products and services that make life better.
