**Vacante para la empresa Epsilon Solutions en Monterrey, Nuevo León**:**Hexaware Technologies Monterrey is an amazing Call Center, it is also the fastest growing IT company servicing customers in over two dozen languages in every major time and regulatory zone.****Bilingual customer service representative****Position Requirements**:Written and spoken English (B2+).Availability to work on site.Good attitude.Looking to generate income and professional growth.Position ObjectiveProficient with computer-based work (IE: Navigating Windows).Ability to own and navigate sales conversations on the phone.Able to elaborate on a simple response/ bring the conversation out of the interaction.Able to step out of their ¨comfort zone¨.Have a personality.
