About the RoleWe are looking for a Business Development Manager (BDM) based in Mexico City to develop and grow business opportunities within the government and public sector.This role is suitable for a sales professional who understands how to work with government organizations, navigate public-sector environments, and build trusted relationships with government stakeholders. Industry background is flexible — experience working with government customers is the key requirement.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and manage business opportunities with government and public sector customersBuild and maintain relationships with key government stakeholders and decision-makersIdentify and pursue government projects, tenders, and business opportunitiesCoordinate internal teams and external partners to support government sales activitiesManage the full sales cycle from opportunity identification to project closureMonitor government initiatives, policies, and market developmentsRequirementsProven experience in government or public sector sales / business developmentStrong understanding of how to engage with government organizationsExperience with tenders, RFPs, or public procurement is a strong plusIndustry background is open (technology, telecom, security, infrastructure, IT, etc.)Strong communication and relationship-building skillsFluent Spanish is required; English is a plusWillingness to travel within Mexico as neededWhat We OfferOpportunity to work with a multinational companyExposure to large-scale government projectsCompetitive compensation package (base salary + incentive)Professional growth in an international environment
