Become the force that turns every “what if” into “what’s next.”In a world where you can be anything, Be Infoblox.Deal Desk AnalystWe have an opportunity for a Deal Desk Analyst to join our Finance team in Mexico City, reporting to the Senior Manager, Finance. In this pivotal role, you will support global transactions for small and mid-size customers. Collaborating closely with Sales, you will review customer historical spending and current pricing models, to develop pricing recommendations and deal structures to convert customers to our subscription and SaaS licensing models. You will also generate and drive solutions that help our Deal Desk and deal processes scale to support the constantly evolving needs of our business.Be a Contributor — What You’ll DoPartner, in a trusted advisor capacity, with Sales leadership, Account teams, and other internal partnersAdvice on the pros and cons of deal structures, manage risk within contractual terms and structure, and take ownership of final approval decisionsProvide financial modelling (TCO) to support pricing for target customersEvaluate the economic impact of potential changes to customer pricing and promotionsEvaluate and quantify economic savings moving from on-prem to SaaSAssist with complex contract negotiations and manage the approval process, including liaising with involved internal groups such as Legal, Finance, etc.Lead and/or assist special projects and initiatives within Deal Desk or across cross-functional teamsBe Prepared — What You Bring8 to 12 years of demonstrated experience in pricing strategy, sales financial analysis, or relevant experienceProven experience leading and influencing at various levels across an organization to drive outcomesSuperior analytical background with solid problem-solving skillsHighly effective communication skills, both written and verbalAbility to explain concepts clearly and credibly across all levels of the organizationAbility to identify variables, risks, and opportunities within a deal and influence the deal with your recommendationsAdept at thinking on your feet and adjusting to ambiguityBe Successful — Your PathFirst 90 Days: Immerse in our culture, connect with mentors (Blox Buddies), and map the systems and meet with key stakeholders that rely on your work.Six Months: Understand our Go to Market (GTM) commercial strategy for the FY26-27 tech refresh program, act independently as a trusted advisor to the Sales organization, and support deals on our mid-level and small accounts.One Year: Independently lead your assigned Sales regions and drive enhancements to Deal Desk process, such as the single process for non-standard approvals.Belong—Your CommunityOur culture thrives on inclusion, rewarding the bold ideas, curiosity, and creativity that move us forward.
