Business Unit: Sensors & Fluid Management Posting Date: Oct 22, 2025 Job Description The Production Supervisor will oversee the manufacturing process, ensuring that production targets are met with the highest quality and efficiency. This role involves coordinating activities and implementing continuous improvement initiatives. Main Responsibilities Plan, organize, direct and run optimum day-to-day operations to exceed our internal and external customers’ expectations. Allocate resources effectively and fully utilize assets to produce optimal results towards sales and production plan. Continuously improve metrics to improve PVQC (People, Velocity, Quality and Cost). Monitor operations and trigger corrective actions. Ensure proper alignment of personnel. Human resource focus. Manage in accordance to Mexican labor laws and ensure that the personnel under facility has a high level of morale and teamwork. People are AMETEK’s greatest asset and should be developed and treated as such. Owns percentage of rotation of DL. Influence and learn from below. Key communicator to outside areas to remove roadblocks for improvement. Stay up to date with latest production management best practices and concepts. Perform other duties as assigned. Education & Experience Bachelor’s degree in technical field, operations management, or in business administration Technical, functional, and/or leadership experience required. Experience in manufacturing of PCBA and electronic assembly. Must have the ability to communicate clearly to colleagues on the factory floor and those in middle management Subject expert for lean / 6 sigma tools and techniques for real world application and formal training. Excellent communication skills both verbal and written in Spanish and in English. #J-18808-Ljbffr
