ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY We are looking for a Sr. Account Manager to lead strategic, high-complexity accounts, acting as a trusted business partner to the client and an internal point of reference for agency teams. This role is critical to ensuring strategic, operational, and relational excellence across accounts, as well as driving sustainable business growth. The Sr. Account Manager has a holistic view of the client, deeply understands their business, and leads the execution of high-impact campaigns and projects, ensuring strong results, profitability, and long-term relationships. To be considered, candidates must reside and be eligible to work in Latin America and are required to be fluent in English. ABOUT THE RESPONSIBILITIES Lead client relationships, serving as the primary day-to-day point of contact Develop a deep understanding of the client’s business, challenges, market, and objectives Translate client objectives or needs—arising from meetings, emails, or other requests—into clear, actionable strategies for internal teams Oversee and ensure the proper execution of integrated campaigns (brand, digital, paid media, performance, content) Coordinate multidisciplinary teams in a structured and clear manner (Paid Media Strategy, SEO, Creative, Data & Analytics, Production) Ensure the achievement of KPIs, business objectives, and client expectations from day one Manage and optimize client budgets and agency fees Identify and develop growth opportunities and communicate them to Client Services leadership for scalability Lead client presentations, executive status updates, and day-to-day meetings.
