We are looking for a highly motivated and organized HR Specialist to join our team. The HR Specialist will be responsible for supporting various HR processes and initiatives within the organization. The HR Specialist will play a key role in supporting our HR functions and initiatives to ensure our organization operates efficiently and effectively. Key Responsibilities -Support the Recruitment Specialist in the hiring and recruitment process for direct and indirect open positions. -Support the interview process for internal promotions of direct and indirect positions. -Develop and execute employee recognition programs to motivate, engage, and retain employees. -Coordinate the on-boarding process of new hires. -Input employee personal data into Human Resources systems ((People Central and TRESS) to maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records. -Actively participate in motivational events and employee recognition programs to promote a positive work culture. -Generate weekly and monthly HR KPI’s. -Assist with International Mobility processes to ensure regulatory compliance. -Guide employees through the voluntary termination process. -Conduct surveys and collect feedback from employees.

Experiência y requisitos

Requirements: Bachelor´s degree with 1-2 years of experience in HR. Fluent in spoken & written English. Excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as presentation skills Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems High level of attention to detail and accuracy
