Sales Operations Manager

Overview Responsibilities Ensure CRM data accuracy and hygiene daily Track marketing and sales activities throughout all stages of our sales cycle Create and manage sales pipelines and activity reports in HubSpot Provide executive briefing and reporting Train and monitor employees on CRM best practices and general data hygiene Act as key partner to Sales, Finance, Account Management, and Marketing teams Manage vendor relationships as well as the platforms themselves (HubSpot, Seamless, Zoom, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Gong) Assist marketing teams in determining customer outreach methods Qualifications Must possess impeccable Spanish and English-language written and oral skills Strong analytical background & problem-solving capability Experience with HubSpot CRM, MS office including Access and Excel Familiarity with databases and sales software (HubSpot, Gong, Seamless, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Zoom) Familiarity with GDPR and CCPA data removal requests 3+ years of experience with Sales Operations Needs to be autonomous, independent, and organized Bachelor's degree required Company Cybba is a full-service performance marketing company that creates powerful solutions for brands looking to grow.
