Salary: MXN $20,000 monthly About the Role Terra Energy is looking for a Customer Service Agent to join our remote team. This role focuses on providing clear, professional, and friendly support to our customers while ensuring a smooth communication experience across different channels. Advanced English proficiency (spoken and written) is mandatory. Previous experience is welcome but not required —we are primarily looking for strong communication skills, professionalism, and a customer-oriented attitude. Main Responsibilities Provide customer support through calls, emails, and ticketing systems. Respond to customer questions related to services, appointments, and general inquiries. Follow up with customers to provide updates and ensure their concerns are addressed. Coordinate internally with different teams to support customer requests. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in internal systems. Escalate issues when necessary and ensure proper follow-up. Always deliver a positive, respectful, and solution-focused customer experience. Requirements Advanced English (C1 or equivalent) — REQUIRED Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal skills and customer-oriented mindset. Ability to work remotely and manage time effectively. Basic computer skills and comfort using online platforms.
