Main Responsibilities Perform routine HR activities supporting core processes, typically for recent graduates or long‑term administrative employees. Deliver analyses of HR data; identify trends and contribute to insights that diagnose business issues, enhance employee engagement, and improve performance. Carry out complex HR data processing tasks and advise colleagues to improve data collection tools and administration processes. Provide advice and guidance to managers and supervisors on employee relations, including non‑complex disciplinary action and support during formal hearings. Build effective internal client relationships and manage partnership relationships, delivering high‑quality professional services within established routines or agreed projects. Develop knowledge of organizational policies, procedures, and regulatory codes; ensure compliance and obtain authorization for exceptions. Participate in assessment and development planning, formal and informal training, coaching, and ongoing education to maintain technology and industry best practices. Initiate and monitor onboarding and off‑boarding processes for accuracy, efficiency, and timeliness.
