Job Title: Accounts Payable/Receivable Support Job Location: Mexicali Mexico Our Department: Trimble Corporate About the Role Do you love to make a positive impact on cash flow, minimize bad debts and help reduce days sales outstanding for the company? Join our team and make an impact in the finance world Trimble is currently looking to add a talented Accounts Payable/Receivable professional to this role. You will efficiently execute daily tasks in the cash application department including cash processing reconciliations, adhering to policies for adjustments, issuing customer refunds and managing end‑of‑month processes. Proactively reduce unallocated funds, handle inquiries from all stakeholders and provide team-wide support to enhance service quality and customer satisfaction. What You Will Do Run lockbox reports and post exceptions from lockbox report, post manual checks, wire transfers, and ACH deposits. Process customer refund requests and research customer inquiries as well as collector inquiries on historical cash postings pertaining to a customer. Reconcile general ledger accounts pertaining to cash application. Research where cash received from customers should be applied. Perform daily offsets, write‑offs, refunds, and reversals as per policy and procedure. What Skills & Experience You Should Bring Graduated or Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; fluency in English is required. Experience with Oracle is preferred. Process‑oriented with high attention to detail. Basic knowledge of computer MS Office (Excel, PPT, Word and Google Docs).
