Our headquarters in Mexico City is the epicenter of innovation driving our mission to redefine fulfillment in the region.The Role We are looking for a Fintech business developer to structure, manage, and execute key initiatives within our last-mile and operational teams.This role is critical to ensure that strategic and operational projects move from idea to execution, with clear ownership, timelines, and measurable impact. If you enjoy turning complex operational problems into clear action plans, thrive in cross-functional environments, and care deeply about execution quality, this role is for you.Key Responsibilities End-to-End Project ManagementDefine project scope, objectives, timelines, deliverables, and owners.Ensure clear project closure and documentation of learnings.Reduce noise and fragmentation by driving focus on high-impact projects.Act as the main contact with fintech brandsData-Driven ExecutionTrack and communicate project impact on cost, SLA, capacity, and efficiency.Projects that lack ownership or never fully land.Limited visibility into what projects are active and their real impact.Experience managing projects in operations, logistics, supply chain, or tech-driven environments.Solid analytical skills and comfort working with data (Sheets / Excel).Advanced English (mandatory).Familiarity with tools like Notion, Jira, Asana, or similar project management platforms.Projects delivered on time and with clear ownership.Increased focus and leverage for brand stakeholders.
