Descripción Lead HR operations, ensuring alignment with organizational goals in Tijuana. Oversee employee relations and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations. Drive talent acquisition strategies and manage performance evaluation processes. Foster effective communication with executives and maintain close alignment with corporate HR teams to implement company-wide strategies and initiatives. Ensure consistent execution of corporate HR policies, programs, and compliance standards across the site. Manage payroll, benefits, and IMSS processes to ensure accuracy and regulatory compliance. Support team management and development within the Human Resources department. Address and resolve employee concerns through strong problem-solving skills. Utilize bilingual communication skills to interact with diverse teams and stakeholders. Perfil buscado A successful HR Manager should have: Proven expertise in HR leadership and team management. Strong knowledge of employee relations, labor compliance, and talent acquisition. Proficiency in performance management and executive communication. Experience in overseeing payroll, benefits, and IMSS processes. Excellent bilingual communication skills in English and Spanish.
